But we aim to help people on Licence become visible again.
We offer a virtual address for you to use just like a real home address. Providing you some continuity for all your paperwork.
That virtual address is a bridge between being physically homeless and the need to exist in a digital world that requires a fixed location for everything.
Empowering Change Through Our Services
RUBICON GATE, a not-for-profit Community Interest Company, is offering a free virtual address and mail handling service for anyone on licence in London, enabling them to:
- Register for services (DWP, ID, banks, jobs, GP)
- Receive confidential mail securely
- Collect their post during regular Probation visits
This service is cost-free, GDPR-compliant, and operated by CIPP/E certified volunteers. We aim to work with both prison and probation teams, starting 1 month pre-release, with mail hand-delivered weekly to a local Probation Office in London.
Your mail remains unopened, sealed, with an additional security wrapping to ensure only the Person on Licence opens it.
